Screenbuzz takes care of the technical work required to move your website from your existing hosting provider to Screenbuzz.

Before the migration begins, we’ll check your existing website and hosting setup to make sure everything required for the move is in place.
Once the migration is complete, we’ll check the website on its new hosting to make sure everything is working as expected.
WHAT ABOUT MY EMAIL?
Moving your website doesn’t necessarily mean moving your email.
If you already use a separate email service such as Microsoft 365, it can remain in place while your website moves to Screenbuzz. We’ll check the relevant DNS records as part of the migration process.
If your email is currently provided by your existing website host and needs to be moved too, speak to Screenbuzz. Email migrations are quoted separately depending on the number of accounts and the work involved.
CAN EVERY WEBSITE BE MIGRATED?
Most WordPress websites can be migrated to Screenbuzz hosting without rebuilding them.
Some website platforms work differently. Websites built using services such as Wix, Squarespace or Shopify generally cannot be moved directly to another hosting provider in the same way.
If you’re not sure what your website is built with or who currently hosts it, don’t worry. Send Screenbuzz the details you have and we’ll take a look.
Complex websites may require additional work. If that’s the case, we’ll explain what’s involved and provide a separate quotation before any work begins.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I MOVE TO SCREENBUZZ?
1. WE CHECK YOUR WEBSITE
We look at your existing website, hosting and email setup and confirm what’s required for the migration.
2. WE PREPARE THE MOVE
Screenbuzz sets up your new hosting and prepares everything needed to move your website.
3. WE MOVE AND TEST YOUR WEBSITE
Your website is transferred to Screenbuzz hosting, SSL is configured and the website is thoroughly checked after the move.
4. SCREENBUZZ LOOKS AFTER IT
Once the migration is complete, you have direct Screenbuzz support and your first year of Website Care and Security Maintenance is included FREE.
