It’s important to check all text, contact details, spelling, quantities and other information carefully.
Screenbuzz requires confirmation by email that the artwork is approved before any order is sent to production. We will not proceed without your written approval.
Once approved, production will proceed based on the artwork you have confirmed.
Turnaround depends on the product, quantity, finishing requirements and supplier.
We’ll give you an expected turnaround when your job is quoted. If you have a specific deadline, let us know before ordering so we can advise what’s achievable.

Not necessarily. Screens display colours using RGB light, while most commercial printing uses CMYK inks, so some variation between screen colours and the finished printed product is normal.
Screenbuzz prepares artwork appropriately for professional printing, but exact colour matching cannot always be guaranteed unless a specific colour-matching process has been agreed.
If there’s a production fault or your order arrives damaged, contact Screenbuzz as soon as possible and we’ll investigate it with the supplier.
Where a genuine production fault has occurred, we’ll work with the supplier to get the issue resolved.
Once artwork has been approved and sent to production, it usually can’t be changed.
That’s why we ask you to check your proof carefully before approval. If the approved artwork contains an error and the job needs to be reprinted, the cost of the replacement print may need to be charged.
