GENERAL
These Service Terms apply to all website design, hosting, graphic design, and print services provided by Screenbuzz unless otherwise agreed in writing. By instructing Screenbuzz to carry out work, you agree to these terms.
QUOTATIONS AND SCOPE
Any quotation provided is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quoted work covers only the services explicitly outlined. Additional work or revisions outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.
PAYMENT TERMS
Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Screenbuzz reserves the right to suspend ongoing services, including website hosting, where payment remains outstanding.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content supplied to Screenbuzz, including text and images, is accurate and does not infringe copyright or other legal rights. Screenbuzz is not responsible for errors or legal issues arising from client-supplied materials.
HOSTING SERVICES
While reasonable efforts are made to maintain website availability and security, uninterrupted or error-free hosting cannot be guaranteed. Screenbuzz is not liable for downtime, data loss, or issues arising from third-party software, plugins, themes, or hosting infrastructure beyond reasonable control.
LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Screenbuzz shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the provision of services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
