Rather than requesting a separate quote every time you need something, a retainer gives you ongoing access to Screenbuzz whenever work is required.
This can include website updates, new pages, content and image changes, project or service updates, graphic design, social media graphics, print artwork and other ongoing creative support.

Every project is different, but most Screenbuzz websites take around 2-3 weeks from receiving the content and information needed to begin. We’ll agree an expected timescale with you before work starts.
Screenbuzz websites are built using WordPress, giving you a flexible, established platform that can grow with your business.
We currently use the Total WordPress theme and WPBakery for most new builds. Once your website is complete, Screenbuzz will also provide basic training so you’re familiar with how to make straightforward changes yourself.
Yes. You’ll have access to your website and can make your own changes if you’d like to.
If you’d rather Screenbuzz looked after updates for you, we can do that too.
Yes. If you’re not sure what to write, Screenbuzz can help structure and develop your website content.
We can also advise on page structure, headings, calls to action and content for search engines.
Yes. Every Screenbuzz website package includes one year of website hosting FREE.
After the first year, you can continue hosting with Screenbuzz for one, two or three years, with better value available on the longer hosting options.
Yes. Your first year of website maintenance is included FREE.
This covers essential WordPress, plugin and theme updates, backups, security checks and general website health checks.
Ongoing website maintenance is available after the first year.
You do.
Once the project has been paid for in full, the website is yours. You’re not tied to Screenbuzz and you’ll have access to your website should you ever decide to move elsewhere.
Screenbuzz typically requires a 50% deposit to begin the project, with the remaining 50% payable on completion.
If you need a different payment arrangement, speak to us – alternative arrangements can be discussed before the project begins.
Absolutely. You don’t always need to start again.
If your existing website is dated, difficult to use or no longer represents your business properly, Screenbuzz can refresh or rebuild it while retaining useful content and elements from your existing site.
Yes. You don’t need a new website to become a Screenbuzz client.
If you already have a WordPress website you’re happy with, Screenbuzz can migrate it to our hosting and look after it from there.
Yes. All new Screenbuzz websites are built to be responsive, so they work across desktop computers, tablets and mobile phones.

Any work outside your hosting or maintenance package will be discussed and quoted before work begins.
Screenbuzz builds websites with search engines in mind and sets up the essential foundations needed for Google to find and understand your website.
This includes basic on-page SEO, page titles and descriptions, Google Search Console and sitemap submission. Your website will also be submitted to Google for indexing so Google knows it’s there.
No web designer can guarantee where a website will rank on Google, but we’ll make sure your website has the right foundations in place from the start.
Yes. While Screenbuzz doesn’t currently manage Pay Per Click (PPC) or paid advertising campaigns directly, we work with trusted specialists who do.
